Insurance Policy

Please be familiar with your insurance benefits, as we will collect from you the estimated amount insurance not expected to pay. 

Benefits

  • No insurance pays 100% of all treatments.
  • Benefits are determined by your plan, not by the dental office.
  • Deductibles and co-payments are the responsibility of the patient.
  • While we can provide an estimate for your portion of the cost of treatment, this estimate is not a guarantee of what your insurance will or will not pay on each claim. 

Filing Insurance Claims

Arive Family Dental will assist with filing your insurance claim for you. Insurance claims are filed electronically, so your insurance company will receive the claim within days of the treatment. Arive Family Dental files dental insurance, as a courtesy, for our patients. We are not responsible for how your insurance company handles its claims or for what benefits they pay on a claim. 

Your insurance company, by law, is required to pay each claim within 30 days of receipt. 

Any balance after 30 days, whether insurance has paid or not, is the responsibility of the patient. 

CareCredit

For those interested in a payment plan: 

CareCredit is a third party healthcare credit card, offered to help patients access the care they need and want. For patients with employer-provided benefits, CareCredit helps bridge the gap between insurance and the cost of their dental needs. For patients without insurance, CareCredit is a convenient and comfortable way to fit recommended dentistry into their lifestyle and budget. CareCredit is a credit card the patient, and their family an use for their ongoing dental needs.
